Return the FAVOR Veterans Discount Program

The well-being of Saratoga County Veterans has always been a priority for us in Saratoga County. In an effort to acknowledge the sacrifices of our veterans who have given so much for home and country, the Offices of the Board of Supervisors, the County Clerk and the Veteran’s Services Agency have created the “Return the FAVOR” Saratoga County Veterans’ Discount Program.

This Return the FAVOR (Find & Assist Veterans of Record) discount program will enable Saratoga County Veterans to receive a discount from Saratoga County business owners. Under this exciting program, honorably discharged Veterans will receive a picture I.D. card to present to participating merchants who will honor the cardholders by providing a discount on purchases and services.

Veteran Eligibility and Application:

• Eligibility is for Veterans or the widows/widowers of Veterans.
• Eligibility is dependent upon an honorable discharge from the United States military.
• FAVOR Cards must be applied for in person only.
• Receipt of the card requires the filing of original discharge papers (DD214) at the Saratoga County Clerk’s Office.

To file discharge papers and/or apply for the Return the FAVOR card, please come in person to:

The Saratoga County Fair begins today and runs through Sunday, July 24th and we are pleased to announce that the fair will be participating in the Return the FAVOR Discount Program!
